While you explore Dharamshala, do not forget to delight your eyes with the sightseeing wonders of numerous streams, Deodar cedar trees, snowline, and attractive surroundings. The town of McLeod Ganj, Himachal Pradesh is famous especially and foremostly for being a spiritual getaway and pilgrimage for the Buddhists. The reason behind that is it is home to the 14th Dalai Lama of the Buddhists, Lama Tenzin Gyatso, who came here in the year of 1960 after his exile from Tibet. Dalai Lama established Tibet Government in exile here at Dharamshala and made the quaint little town of McLeod Ganj as his permanent residence.

Schedule Details

DAY 1 – DELHI TO DHARAMSHALA
  • Arrive Majnu ka tilla, Patola ground flyover. Board our Volvo bus at to Dharamshala.
  •  Overnight journey in Volvo bus
DAY 2 – ARRIVAL IN DHARAMSHALA AND LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
  • Upon arrival in Dharamshala check into the hotel. 
  • A couple of hours later head out for local sightseeing of major locations in Dharamshala
  • After spending a wonderful day in Dharamshala you can explore local market in evening by yourself and return back to hotel.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel.
DAY 3 – MCLEODGANJ LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
  • On this day after breakfast head out for local sightseeing in Mcleodganj.
  • Your sightseeing will include  attractions Dal Lake, Naddi, Bhagsu Nag Temple, Tibetan Monastery and The Holiness "Dalai Lama Temple"There are large idols of Buddha and the charming church of St. John in the wilderness.
  • Dinner and overnight stay at our hotel in Mcleodganj
DAY 4 – CHECKOUT AND DEPARTURE TO DELHI
  • On this day post check-out from hotel in Mcleodganj/ Dharamshala after breakfast.
  • Explore Loacal market of Mcleodganj by yourself.
  •  Later in the evening board bus back to Delhi.
